Big Business (BB) employs Oscar Outspoken (OO). OO has worked in the warehouse at BB for years. He is not management, but due to his experience and political savvy, he has become a de facto leader of the warehouse workers. BB has grown tired of OO’s complaints, and BB believes OO’s continued employment at BB will result in workers complaining like him. To stop further trouble, BB fires OO without giving a reason. OO sues BB for his firing.

OSCAR OUTSPOKEN(OO) employs plenty of workers so thier production dependent of workers.

STRENGTH:-So if there is any disruption happen in workers or working environment OO tends to loose production eventualy OO runs in to trouble

So as BB reputation experiance and political background he can creat union among workers and make them go with his thinking and if BB making frequent complains so can other workers follow him and can creat disruption

So to creat stability in working environment and to fully use capablity of workers to concentrate on work it is good idea to fire BB

WEAKNESS:- if BB is famous and followed by workers then if firing BB can backfire OO as many worker belive that is wrong happening to BB and any worker can come in firing line and that thinking can creat disruption against OO
