Calculate The Coca Cola Company's growth rate in sales using the last 3 years’ worth of sales data. What do you predict sales to be one year going forward?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

In the last 3 year Coca-Cola growth rate in sales has not been consistent but it has been onto a growing trajectory, as-it- is increased from 2016 to 2017 almost in the range of 4% and it increased from 2017 to 2018 it increased 5%, and it increased by 9.3% in 2019.

so even we average out all three growth rate to find out a futuristic growth rate, it would be in the range of 6% for the financial year 2020 but according to the current situation due to unfolding of coronavirus there has been a lack of demand in the global economy and cannot be achieved .

I will predict that the sales will go downward because of slowing of the demand due to coronavirus in the global economy, and it will lead to a reduction in the overall sales.
