B. Darlene was predeceased before Arnold, but his children will have an equal share as of other children.

Darlene Share - 1/3 (33.33%)

This will be equally divided among his three Children. So each will get 1/9 ~11.11% Share of property.

C. Charlene Share - 1/3 (33.33%)

This will be equally divided among his two Children. So each will get 1/6 ~ 16.67% Share of property.
