E- HRM helps to increase the pase of routine to tasks,improves record keeping and maintains anonymity of staff in evaluation or feedback giving. But privacy concerns are rised when an organization used E- HRM. It happens due to the failure of organisations in maintaining the confidentiality of the gathered data .Distinction of personal and professional information often gets blurred.
