E- HRM ( E- Human Resource Management) refers to the planning, implementation application of information technology for both networking and supporting at least two individual or collective actors in their shared performing of Human Resource activities . E- HRM helps to increase the pase of routine to tasks,improves record keeping and maintains anonymity of staff in evaluation or feedback giving. But privacy concerns are rised when an organization used E- HRM. It happens due to the failure of organisations in maintaining the confidentiality of the gathered data .Distinction of personal and professional information often gets blurred.
