Few of the advantages of both are given below:
- Agriculture is the backbone of most of the economy and most of
the farmer are in lower midle class. As there are many hurdle in
this industry which includes dynamic weather, flood, cyclones so
proper subsidy is necessary in this sector to promote people to do
agriculture.
- Agriculture is the basi need of most of the nation and being
self reliant in that is a great boost to the economy. For instance
take an example of US, it incentivse its farming industry in
multiple ways which includes providing seeds at lower rates, tax
benifits, etc.
- Rent control is necessary is because its the right of every
citizen to get a place to live.
- If its not been control,prices may rise to such an extent that
whole economy's growth would be impacted by it.
- If rent rates are not control its rise will make rise in real
estate which will effect other infra sectors which will lead to
rise in inflation, to control all these rent regulations and
control is necessary.
- For instance in India, each state have a limit till what point
rent can rise, and no one can rent abover that amount. Concept of
