Yes higher education should be subsidized, below are the points to support the statement.

1) Subsidy in Higher Education will increase the opportunity of poor, students born in poor family will have less burden by this.

2) By the concept of subsidized higher education, crime will be less among the student opting after their graduation, those students who don't gets job they might end up moving to crimes/unethical means.
