Through including social and economic reforms, the GCC countries have shown a progress in safety and security of its business and environment and provided a betterment to the health and education too. UAE is now ranking amongst the top 10 countries for best health facilities. The government’s socioeconomic reforms are appearing to be boosting the growth of the countries on a whole. The ambitious agenda of transformation of the economy with a reference to social and economic approach is spreading to all the countries of GCC.
For example, Qatar has increased in economic quality sub index which is the measure of openness and economic opportunity with two points. Whereas, Bahrain has jumped 6 points for the same, Oman by 3 points and Saudi Arab by 2 points. The socioeconomic reforms are of great importance for the GCC countries, as the economic growth of the countries have also taken a pace to get ahead provide a better standard of living for the citizens of the countries. The business environment, education and health, governance, safety, security, personal freedom, natural environment and social capital of the GCC countries have improved a way better than that of the other countries.
