Answer #1

Women employees, in any organisation are more committed to rendering their services for long years to the organisation (on a comparitive basis than their male counterparts) this commitment to work hard and render many years of services to the organisation leads to specialisation of the women employees in their career designations which would automatically lead to increase in their productivity and thereby bring long term benefits to the organisation. Hence the discrimination and disutility that the employers feel initially is off set by the dedicated services and the advantage of experienced women employees which automatically boosts the organisation's growth in the long run.
