He/She comes up with a new effective idea which was never thought of before and tries to risk selling it to the market, by borrowing from investors.

When a new start-up firm comes up, when new companies come up with efficient production chains, and the ability to do more tasks in few hours.

Innovative entrepreneurs are those who find new ways and new ideas to meet the demands of the public. Such as creating an unmanned delivery system by using drones. This leads to disruptive change in the market and consumers willing to spend on such products.
