LEADERSHIP :

A leadership means someone who leads the group or an organisation and helps smooth functioning of an organisation, a leader is not determined by the designation or position,but it is determined by how well others respect, it is not only for the personality but for the knowledge which they share and not work as an individual but as a team. In nursing it involves :

• Making sure proper and quality care is delivered to the patient.
• Availing resources.
• Making sure that the task assigned is completed in stipulated time.
• Sharing knowledge.
• Helping nurses who are in need.
