For this development of markets and countries is necessary and this is only possible through capital investment at various places. Therefore people who are willing to invest for dwvwlodevel of self and the nation, the financial markets should allow for cross border investments at ease and if the existing complex financial markets are less regulated, it allows the investors to invest more and develop the country. In this view financial markets should be less regulated.
