US and India are two biggest democracy nations and have high degree of resemblance inn laws and regulations and similar their interactions witj countries like China which is communist is similar.

Their ways of doung business is similar which creates bottlenecks for China and thus tje trade shifts to new emerging markets like Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangladesh which are more on verge of democracy and the relationship with them yields new democratic nation. Likelihood is higher as maximum trade takes place nased on governance framed by Democratic nations and thus favours nations which are more democratic than communist or autocratic.
