There are a few options for entitling the property for more than one owner. One such a case is where the entire business along with the property are named after the two individuals and apar from that, there can be half an area where the entire business property and minor part of the land can be with one person while the majority of the land value with the another. Under the first case, the profit or loss can be shared equally while in the second case, the profits or losses are shared unequally where it depends on the interests, land value, etc
