No, this great country wasn't founded on hypocrisy and one has to understand the fact that changes in our society of a huge nation like the United States take a lot of time. No change can happen once and all of a sudden and one clearly has to see the intent of the revolution. The slave nation status of the country has started to review the social conditions prevailing at that time in slowly started to make changes in such a way that all the objectives of the revolution are fulfilled it took about 80 years for that.
