If I were the president of United States, I would actually consider the second area of domestic policy which is science technology and education as one of the key agenda and this is because of the fact that this can actually guide in attaining the optimal solutions for the other two areas as well and for instance consider you invest more in education and Technology as a result of which the country progress is forward in a rapid way and this can give the social welfare results where schemes like taxation can improve the Welfare due to increased incomes where redistribution is done. So when you think in other way a the business in requirement can be reduced due to the improvement in science and Technology where low cost methods can be developed which reduces the burden on the country to promote business on the whole which is also a major plus point in this scenario
