Homework Answers

Answer #1

Answer: Shipping rules that an E- commerce should instruct to customer specifically for this third party shipping method are-

1.Confirmation regarding Address: customer should recheck their correct address with contact number and Option will be given to modify time and date of delivery of product.

2.In this time of Covid-19 Pandemic preferred shipping method should be "CONTACTLESS DEVIVERY" in order to ensure the safety and protection of consumers.

3.Shipping rules should explicitly mention that in case the product is torned or packaging id damaged or open then consumers should not accept the delivery in order to ensure that faith of customers should not be violated.

There are many more rules related to weight and packaging of product, payment methods etc but as question demanded only three, hence mentioned so.

Hope it helps!
