Major concentrated effects is the level of indebtedness it creates on financial budgets and the loopholes which are left open for corruption that derail implementation of health care benefits.

These have led to rollout of mega scale health care policies but limiting only with lowest quintile population as cost measure. However the implementation and execution is biggest concern and forms bottleneck in rolling out big bang reforms that can benefit each citizen successfully.

Overall policies like Affordable health Act and Trumpcare have been ineffective in reaching out masses and lowest quintile of population.
