a. It would be obiviously the Bank of America because it is 2nd on the list of largest banks in the United States by assets. It is the world's largest wealth management corporation and a major player in investment banking sector. It is one of the big four banks in the United States. The bank has approximately 46 million consumer and small business relationship at 4600 banking center and 15,900 ATM's.

b. The Big Three prior to the 1970's, the U.S is now the second largest manufacturer of automobiles by volume, before the 1970's the Big three has dominated the world market for automobiles. In the begining of the 1970's a combination of high oli prices and increased competition from the foreign manufacturers severely affected the company.
