It is a theory of United States constitutional law assigns the president an enormous power to set aside laws that attempt to limit his power over the country's security. When U.S president has near control over subordinate officers and agencies of the executive branch, the greater power compared to the originally granted the decisions can be taken quickly. It is necessary in the United States to defend the country against the threat posed by terrorism.
