Answer #1

To maintain any system, its leaders must be rooted in ethics, politics, government, social and economic. And what does this mean? What does this mean? Ethical Capitalism has at least two main ingredients: an focus on generating economic and social long-term value, and the company's dedication to serving as guardians for the full scope of its constituents — clients, workers, suppliers, investors and society. Ethical Capitalism seeks to build deep relationships based on ethics both at the level of community and at the end. Which is, this is an "higher purpose" business model.
The advantages are real and lasting. Companies committed to this higher purpose attract more customers, reduce operating cost by reducing energy efficiency and waste, improve retention rates for employees and take advantage of experienced staff involved in the company's long-term success.
