Step 1: Review Henri Fayol's 14 Principles of Management. Go back to the lecture and review what you learned about the 14 Principles of management. Thoroughly examine them and then do the following tasks.
1.Pick the principles you think are most important. If you were a manager, which ones would you emphasize the most?
2.If you were a manager, which principles do you think you would use least?
3.Pick three to modify or change around. What changes would you make and how would it make the principle more effective?
4.Support your answers with examples.

1. As a manager, I consider that among all the principles, Discipline can be regarded as the most important Fayols principles and when this discipline is maintained, all the other principles are going to work well. Example- If you are not disciplined, order and the divided work will not work success way.
2. As a manager, Authority is something that I'll use the least and it has to be used only when it is required, else it could pop out many difficulties on the whole. Example when you are more arrogant, the workers under you can be de motivated.
3.i) Rather than the principle 'Division of Work', 'Division of Responsibility' might be apt as only when a person gets to be more efficient when he takes it as a responsibility
ii) Rather than the principle 'Initiative', it would be better changed to the target as 'target' is something that can be more influenced as a whole.
iii) Rather than ' order' it would be better if it's run order, because this can be helpful if to realise the importance of the run order on the whole.
