I would like to take Recession in Indian economy. In the year 2008, the Indian economy underwent a phase of recession. The economy was showing a downfall with no new entrepreneurial ventures in the market as the government stopped extending any financial support to the new ventures. People started losing their jobs. Thus there was a huge financial crisis.

At that time Reserve Bank of India, reduced the CRR and Repo rate and thus more cash was available to the common public. This fact comes under the fiscal policies by the Central Bank. Banks started extending loans to the common public and thus encouraging them to get the job opportunities in new entrepreneurial ventures, Thus there was a boost to the Indian economy through Reserve Bank of India.
