Your are working for a large Bank in UAE and there is a cluster of Exchange servers in the organizations. Evaluate and develop a report on load balancing solutions which can be utilized.

Load balancing can be done in the exchange server by simply enabling the load balancer which is used to monitor each exchange client facing server and evenly distributing the load to the each server and if there is a failure in one of the server or more servers then it will be dividing the available load into equal amount of load for the available server so that the task at executed or completed without any downtime due to the failures of the other server we can simply create a load balancing by doing manual work for load balancing automatic a function that will be taking inputs from all the available servers about their availability and then divide the coming load into equal parts for the available servers and getting the task completed without any downtime.
