Discusses anonymous vs public postings of classified information. Please answer the questions about whether you think you could under certain circumstances become a whistle blower. If so, would you use a public or an anonymous venue, and why?

In anonymous posting of classified information the identity of user who post the information is kept secret, or more like you use screen name or pseudonym by which the writer is unidentifiable, many internet forums or some platforms provide this, by virtue of which you can make anonymous postings and your real information is not accessible, for example reddit.

Public Posting means any written or printed material that is placed in a Public Area or affixed to any structure on a Public Property.

If situation demands, then yes, i can become a whistle blower and in such situation i would use anonymous venue for security, privacy and for the sake of me myself being anonymous i can't let myself be exposed under any circumstances, until and unless it's a situation where no other method is possible i would prefer anonymous venue.
