2. If a customer’s new ISP provider does not permit the customer to keep the customer’s old address block. How might the customer avoid having to
significantly reconfigure its internal configuration but still be able to connect to its provider?

The address blocked is removed from the routing table of previous ISP Provider and added to new ISPs routing table given that its available with the new ISP

The customer might opt-in for a dynamic address or the customer or migrate to the cloud networking.

They might just have to wait to or switch another new ISP or they can introduce any GATEWAY OR LOAD BALANCER kind of design and then assign an address by creating their own range before connecting to ISP.
