Network Analysis: After monitoring IP traffic on a 15-node Ethernet local area network for 10 minutes one evening, someone notices that all frames from node A to node B carry IP packets that have destination IP addresses matching B's IP address. However, all frames from node B to node A carry IP packets with destination IP addresses NOT matching A's IP address. Nodes A and B are connected to the same switch, and both appear to accept those frames without incidents. Why would node A behave this way? Explain (Hint: this is perfectly normal, so don’t go on a wild goose chase).
This can be case where the ip address is randomly distrubuted by the switch across the node. Ip address is shifted and randomly distributed after a certain lease time of the ip address and the switch table has the data about which node had which ip address and which ip address it was assigned to the node , this way the switch transfer the data packet to the current node even if the ip address of that node is changed and the other participant does not know about the new ip address , this is normal behaviour of the switch that if the ip address of nodes changes in the data transmission , than the switch keeps the data communication between the two nodes.
