Information Technology has contributed a lot to the enterprises. There is almost no company that works without a computer.IT has become a part of our lives. the enhancement of technology has a lot of impact on the enterprises, a lot of new jobs are emerging nowadays.IT has integrated businesses to a new level. Nowadays storage of data on the enterprises is not a big task. Advancement of technologies has bought cloud system by which scalability and reliability of data become easier and also cheaper. Automation is another factor which has helped in the smooth functioning of businesses. Reduced the cost of doing business. Technology which leads to automation has caused less employment opportunity and thus no salary needed to be paid.

Benefits contributed to the enterprise by IT

1.Communication: communication plays an important role in keeping the relationship between employees, and customers well and good.  Therefore, the use of IT helps it keeping better communication through social media, emails.

2. Inventory management: Inventory management systems help to identify the quantity of each item.how many additional stocks are needed to meet customer demand.

3.Management Information Systems: Information data is very important for an organization. The technologies such as saas, cloud, amazon aws, etc have helped in managing data efficiently.

4.Customer Relationship Management: Companies are using IT in improving the way of the customer relationship. If a customer calls to report an issue, the customer relation officer will be able to see what the customer has purchased and all information related to it and help to resolve the issue better. A better track of the products they purchased.real time tracking can all be improved.
