Answer #1

1) Diffraction - When waves encounter an obstacle Or slit whose dimensions are comparable to wavelength of light, it gets turned from the corner and enters in the region of geometrical shadow.

Refraction- When travels from one medium to another it deviates from its path (bend towards the normal when enters denser medium, and bend away from the normal when enters rarer medium). This phenomenon is known as reflection. Reflection is because of the difference in speed of wave in the two medium.

Reflection - When light encounters a surface it get back to the same medium. This phenomenon is known as reflection of light.
