A challenge associated with selling disruptive technology solutions to organizations is that their technology personnel may feel disenfranchised and react in a biased manner. How can this be addressed, if at all?

If the disruptive technology is the future, then the employees who would be working would be the leaders of the field. They can shape how the field will go and benefit later on. They have much more say in the design of technology. Being the leaders of disruptive technology, their skillset becomes more elaborate. The skillset becomes transferrable to other companies who wish to work on the same field and hire these employees to introduce the technology to the company.

Working on disruptive technologies it itself challenging and more exciting. Junior employees can showcase their skills in much more pronounced manner to boost their career.
