As technology advances, the aspects of the enterprise system becomes more desired and capable of structuring the many needs within organizations. The enterprise system is an application software that supports the flow of information, reporting, and the overall business process. As stated in the first video, information and technology teams are rethinking how they can take advantage of the cloud, data, and security strategies on enterprise systems. Cloud storage is ranked high among CIOs computing in high priority. To the advantage of the business, Cloud storage makes it possible for businesses to gain storage space that is well maintained and backed-up. Working in a large industry, my employer uses this technique to insure that all of our data is backed up. It would be crucial for our business if this data was lost and not backed up due to our daily communication with our customers. If we were unable to store large amounts of information, we would not be able to perform our job tasks to the fullest capability. The second video provides information on clinical decision support. Clinical decision support is very beneficial to many businesses within the medical field as it provides information while avoiding numerous errors. This system also helps to provide an overall good quality customer care to the benefit of the practice. Although, I do not work in the medical field I feel that the clinical decision support is an overall success to many organizations especially large hospital facilities as well as many doctors’ offices.

Enterprise system is one of the technological applications that resulted in the integration of the business and transactional processes of an organization through a flow of information, reporting etc.

The first video is about how the Information and Technology teams of an organization can take advantage of the cloud computing for data storage and securoty on enterprise systems. Cloud is regarded as the least expensive and easy to maintain data storage that is well backed-up. It helps in insuring the data or communication on a daily basis which increases the efficiency of the work.

The second video is about the clincical decision support system to store and provide information and avoid medical errors. It also provides quality cusomer care benefiting the hospitals or clincis.
