Answer :- For the above statements about noncomputer numerical methods to solve problems , after interpreting all the three mentioned staements we can conclude that the first statement (statement a ) is true . i.e .

They can be used to solve problems described using more than three or four dimensions .

Explaination :- As we know that if the problem is hard to understand then it also difficult to enter the values of the problem into the computer for calculation , Thus if the problems are described using more than 3 or 4 dimensions then it is better to use the noncomputer numerical methods to solve problems. Thus we can coclude that the statement a is True .
