away using a 12-cy dump truck. The speed of the dump truck with load is 25 MPH and while return empty is 30 MPH. It takes 3 min to dump the load. Two laborers and a driver each load

the truck at a rate of 2cy/hour. The cost of the truck is $30/hr, the driver is $20/hr and the laborers is $15/hr. The average working time (productivity factor) is 45 minutes in an hour.

Create a spreadsheet that calculates the cost of transporting the fill per ton with adjustable

variables for all inputs.
