      b.   How many pixels will the scanned image contain?

      c.   How many Megabytes of memory will be required to store the color image assuming that the image is saved as unsigned 8-bit format (i.e. each pixel takes 1 byte of storage space)?

      d.   If the 600 dpi image is transmitted over the Network using a modem which transmits at a rate of 24 Mb/sec., how long will it take to transmit the image, assuming that no other transmissions are being done on the network? Note (1Mb = 1 Megabit)
