Develop the proton condition (TOTH equation) for a solution prepared from 2x10-3 mol/L NaH2PO4, 5x10-4 mol/L NaOH, 5x10-4 mol/L HAc (acetic acid) and 10-3 mol/L HOCl using the dominant species as the reference species (ZPRL) and find the equilibrium pH. The pKa values for the acid-base pairs are 2.148, 7.198, 12.375 for the orthophosphate system; 7.497 for hypochlorite; and 4.757 for acetate. Also, note OH– (from NaOH) is a strong base with a pKa value of 14.0.
