electrons will not be "rranged" they are dislocated, and free to move arround in the crystal lattice.
That is why metals are good conductos of electricity, since they do not offer much resistance to electron flow.
When different metals bond, this is an alloy, i.e. amixture of metals. The electrons are still shared, and are allowed to roam around in the lattice.
This happens mainly because the valence shell electrons are in the outermost level, which leads to the temporary donation of electrons. They will flow in the system freely
