in presence of bromine atom 2 isotopic peaks are expect to see those are M and M+2 peaks and their intensities are 1 :1 (because bromine has two isotope 79Br and 81Br)

b)

in presence of Chlorine atom 2 isotopic peaks are expect to see those are M and M+2 peaks and their intensities are 3 :1 (because bromine has two isotope 35Cl and 37Cl)

c)

in presence of iodine atom only one isotopic peak is expect to see i.e Molecular ion peak (because iodine has tone isotope 127I)
