if used in a small quantity then it can be disposed of in a plastic bag this bag can then be placed with regular garbage.

Cobalt Sulfate Crystals

Dispose of in a manner consistent with federal, state, and local regulations

Ethylene Glycol:

We can keep the container all the time except filling and emptying.

it must be labeled with the words “hazardous waste” and the waste code or the chemical name like “used ethylene glycol”.
