We need to look for the little angle strain but large tortional strain and it is found in the cyclopentane. In the cyclopentane there is bond angles very close to 109.5°. There is half chair structure 4 of its carbons are planar ans one is above or below the plane, so this make it has large torsional strain and it gets unstable.
