What reaction takes place in the addition of dibasic potassium phosphate (K2HPO4) to the mixture of ASP, ACE, and CAF?

Show the chemical equation in support of your answer. Indicate whether each component (ASP, ACE, and CAF) would be in the aqueous or organic layer after the reaction.

So I wrote that there would be the deprotonation of carboxylic acid, but I'm unsure what the chemical equation should be. I know ASP should be in the aqueous layer, and ACE and CAF should be in the organic layer.
