1 L = 1000 mL

mass of solution = 0.958 g/mL * 1000 mL = 958 g

mass of disopyramide = 0.265 /100 * 958 = 2.5387 g of disopyramide  

now,

micrograms =2.5387 g of disopyramide = 2.5387 *10^6 micro grams

V = 1 L = 10^6 microliters

concentration in microgram/microL = (2.5387 *10^6) / (10^6 ) = 2.5387 microgram/microliter

correct sig fig --> must be 3, so 2.5387 --> 2.54 microgram/microliter
