ICE table stands for Initial, Change, Equilibrium table. It is a simple matrix formulism that is used to simplify the calculation in reversible Equilibrium reactions. If for the given reaction we increase the concemconcentof N2H4 the Equilibrium shifts in that direction so as to minimize the change brought about ie it adjusts in that direction where the change produced can be minimized. In this case it will shift in right direction, ie rate of forward reaction will be greater than backward reaction.
