if the energy is Few/decreasing, protein synthesis will slow down?

please introduce some significant steps (a mechanism) to explain my question.thanks

If the energy status of cell is low than the protein synthesis in the cell will decrease.

As synthesis of protein in cell use ATP or dependent on ATP. During synthesis of protein roughly addition of 1 amino acid required 4 ATP molecules.

-- loading of amino acid to tRNA requires 2 ATP molecule per amino acid .

- during translation one GTP is used to introduce amino acid to A site and one GTP is used in translocation step

Roughly half of energy is used in firm of ATP and half in form of GTP.

So with out energy there steps are not possible.

If there is depletion of energy, protein synthesis will not occur.
