- bone and brain scans ( pertechnetate ion sis generally used in this case. Osteoblast can take the isotopes and heal the bone injury.)

- myocardial perfusion ( tetrofosmin radioisotope tracer is used in this case. We can also use different tracers. Different tracers helps to distinguish between normal and ischemic myocardium.)

Application of Fluorodeoxyglucose

- Diagonisis of cancer ( it's used to find the responder and nonresponder in the case of reduction of cancer cell size.)

- Hodgekins disease ( it's used in the case of staging, restaging, detects recurrence or not)
