Poor Nutrition habits include both under eating and over eating.That is not having enough healthy foods that one requires each day, or Eating large quantity of foods that are low in fibre,high in fat, salt or sugar.

Risk Factors For Cardiovascular Diseases-

1.Diet-

High consumption of Saturated & trans fats in the diet leads to Cardiovasculsr diseases by increasing LDL cholesterol in the blood.

Common sources of saturated fats are-

a.Animal Foods like butter, beef, chicken skin & full cream dairy foods

b.Processed foods which include- pastries & biscuits.

2.Lack of exercise.

3.Smoking.

4.Obesity.

5.High blood pressure.

6.High LDL cholesterol levels.

7.Family history of heart disease
