Risk factors - heriditary.

1)Many cardiovascular diseases and disorders can be inherited which includes congenital heart disease, arrhythmias,high blood cholesterol,stroke, cardiomyopathy,heart failure and heart attack runs genetically in families.

2)Acquired.

Obesity,smoking,unhealthy diet,lack of physical activity,high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes,high LDL, uncontrolled stress,anger and depression.

My lifestyle is healthy in relation to heart diseases because I don't have want any heriditary conditions,o don't smoke, maintain normal weight,follow healthy diet, exercises , eat small amounts of junk food and I don't have any blood pressure problems.
