Enteric nervous system may act independently or in integration with CNS. Many of the enteric nervous system  reflexes are independent of CNS. So option D is also true.

Enteric nervous system produces a variety of neurotransmitter. Acetylcholine is one of the major neurotransmitter that helps in GIT contractions, release hormones and secretion and cause vasodilatation. So option E is also true.
