No, these two hormone are not a similar one. -Because these hormone have different origin and different role in human body. the source of these hormone mainly from the sertoli cells and leydig cells, but one hormone is from sertoli and other from leydig.
Although both hormone has a specific similar function in nature , it doesn't mean they are same thing. It is know that these two hormone play a major role in negative feedback loop by decreasing the level of reproductive hormone from the anterior pituitary gland. But apart from these testosterone has several role in male reproductive function and secondary sexual characteristic , but the hormone inhibin doesn't have those role when comparing to the testosterone. Therefore these two hormones are different from each other.
