Answer #1

The most possible reason may be that the surgery might have caused femoral nerve damage which led to femoral nerve dis function. If the nerve has been cut the area below it will face numbness and cold. The nerve damage can either be a cut in the nerve during the surgery or else due to lithotomy position the patient had during the surgical procedure. In this case more probability is for lithotomy position , as the patient is having an increased bone density.
