Answer #1

Vegan diet only include plants and plant products and not involve animal product even milk or dairy products. Being vegan is helpful to increase the absorbing power because in vegan diet minerals are in low concentration and hence the minerals are easy to absorbed in the intestine. Also it causes ecosystem balance as diversity of microbes increases in the colon and due to long time dependency on the vegan diet and less processed and animal diets the acne are decreased and skin is cleared.

Even veganism is not equally baneficial in all the individual. It may also cause deficiency of some minerals in some peoples.

Long time veganism may cause Vit B12 deficiency and VitB12 is important in functioning of blood, nerve cells etc.

Even some vegetables are rich in calcium but not meet the complete requirements of Calcium hence overall more chances of fracture in vegans.
