The patient above is exhibiting signs of multiorgan allergic
reaction due to spider venom.
This is known as anaphylactic reaction due to spider bite.
The spider bite has released the venom into patient's body which
has elicited an extensive allergic reaction by activationof
basophils and mast cells. This has caused allergic reaction from
cardiovascular, dermatological, respiratory system which has caused
the above symptoms in the patient.
So the initial diagnosis is anaphylactic reaction from spider
bite.
